Get a history of where an asset has been previously assigned or is currently assigned. Using a bar code scanner, search for a specific asset information and/or input asset information into the system. View all assets assigned to a particular location. Get real time asset statics on the types of assets currently assigned to a particular location. This is great for getting a quick inventory of the current assets assigned to a location. In addition, get a real time running total of all assets currently assigned to a particular location. Ensure the integrity of the database by checking for duplicates before information is entered into the system. If a duplicate is detected InTrek gives you a powerful set of options for modifying and/or deleting the duplicate and/or original asset. Assign a contact to a location. This is extremely useful to tracking who is responsible for assets in multiple locations. "Batch assign assets" from one location to another location. Store, View and Edits notes associated with an asset. For example, service notes. Store, View and Delete documents associated with an asset.
